Sipmeeting's goal is to provide a conferencing system which satisfies the needs of businesses and organizations to communicate effectively and easily with their members, associates, and customers. With the power of an open-source operating system we have expanded the capabilities of conferencing equipment to make it more easily used, while also expanding it's capabilities beyond any bridge on the market today. We have even designed a .mobi interface with the conferencing equipment for people to monitor their services on the go with their smart phone.
Our systems are currently in use by organizations which hold conference calls with as many as 3000 paricipants, while other organizations hold multiple conference calls with participants ranging from 10 to 1000 users per conference call on the same system. We have designed our solutions to meet the needs of these customers, and so far have exceeded all of their expectations. Through our scalable configuration we have gained several advantages over prior technologies. Advantages include not having a central point of failure and load balancing the calls between modules, giving our bridge much greater stability especially during high volumes of traffic. Our scalable systems also allows customers to purchase only the capacity that they need while still having the ability to easily upgrade later by adding more modules. This allows a substantial cost savings for most organizations and lets our systems grow with the needs of the company or organization.
One major part of the development of the SM100 conferencing bridge was Customer Feedback. We listened to the issues of customers we had in the telecommunications industry and worked on providing them with a solution. Sipmeeting and its services are always looking for customer insight on our products.
